Refund Policy

At Accord Enterprises, we value customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent business practices. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

Accord Enterprises reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues.

2. Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged

• The product received is defective

• The product received is incorrect

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or exposure to moisture

• Products showing signs of use or tampering

• Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged on arrival)

4. Refunds

Once the return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

6. Legal Disclaimer

Accord Enterprises shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or refund claims arising from improper installation, handling, storage, or use of the products after delivery.

Minor variations in color, finish, size, or texture are inherent to metal decorative products and shall not be considered defects.

All decisions regarding returns, refunds, or replacements made by Accord Enterprises shall be final and binding.

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
